Functional Responsibilities

Brilliant POS provides complete point of sale systems; hardware, software, training, support, and additional related services for retail and restaurant businesses nationwide. The retention specialist position at Brilliant POS responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

• First point of contact for incoming calls
• Billing support
• Outbound calls to customers for equipment recovery
• Work with customers to complete account updates
• Troubleshoot customer requests and questions
• Data entry/keying applications
• Additional role related responsibilities

• Computer/technology competence

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Steady work history
• Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
